    MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com)--A Memphis City Schools security officer is in jail and facing charges of tampering with evidence.Police arrested 41-year-old Phillip Cotton late Friday afternoon.

    On January 24, 2012, a Memphis City Schools Security Officer contacted the Memphis Police Department regarding an alleged sexual assault.
