    Carrie Underwood lonely after wedding
    Memphis Sun
    Saturday 31st July, 2010
    (IANS)

Singer Carrie Underwood has been separated from her new husband Mike Fisher just weeks after their wedding as the ice hockey player returned to work in Canada.

The couple exchanged vows in front of 250 close friends and family at a lavish ceremony in Georgia recently, reports dailystar.co.uk.

The newlyweds enjoyed a honeymoon in Tahiti before Underwood got back to business, miles away in Toronto, and she is left spending her first few weeks of married life alone.

'Married life is pretty much like dating life. My husband is back in Canada... story of my life!,' Underwood posted on her website.
